The Real Truth About Hair Growth Remedies

In this modern time and age certain Hair Growth Remedies can be very effective, especialy with the discovery and production of two substances. These ingredients are Minoxidil and Finasteride. Clinical research has shown that each of these substances have potent hair regrowing properties. However it is important to be aware of some of the notable differences between this two ingredients. Here is a breif overview of the three most commonly used Hair Loss products which contain either of these two substances.

Provillus on the other hand contains contains minoxidil. Results from numerous clinical studies show that
minoxidil not only prevents hair loss but also promotes hair regrowth at the same time. The good news for women is that minoxidil is very safe for them to use. There’s even a version of Provillus for women which is doing very well. And unlike Finasteride, minoxidil has zero sexual side effects associated with.

But because it might make your scalp a little itchy, Provillus contains a moisturizing component in its topical solution. And in oder to enhance the body’s ability to grow healthy hair, it also comes with vitamin supplements. The Provillus mechanism of action is therefore two fold, it arrests hair loss from both the outside (through the topical solution) and the inside (the supplement).

Scalp Med: Has a very close similarity with Provillus because it contains minoxidil, hair growth vitamins and
minerals and even a moisturizer. It also has stock specially made for women. However scalp Med happens to be a considerably expensive remedy for hair loss. A six month supply would cost around $350. This is a lot of money especially when there is another option that offers just the same benefit for about half that price.

These hair growth remedies can be quite effective at arresting hair loss and even promoting hair regrowth. But the slight possiblity of developing some permanet sexual defect as a result of propecia use does put of most poeple. Scalp Med and Provillus are more or less the same except that the later has a much lesser price tag on it. A full month’s supply works out to just about a dollar a day. It has been shown to be effective and there are no apparent side effects associated with its use.

YES…I take BIOTIN it is a vitamin…you can get it anywhere drugstores, target, walmart, etc…I take it!! it is for hair growth, nail growth, and skin. I HIGHLY recommend it.

well first get your hair trimmed, that always helps. then get herbal essences shampoo and conditioner for long hair, it should be the orange bottle.

I know someone in his early twenties and has a noticeable hair thinning at the back of his head. Does saw palmetto really prevent hair loss and promote hair regrowth? What about those thickening shampoos? Are there any other remedies? He really needs help for his hair growth

There is one FDA-approved medication for hair growth that is far superior to Rogaine: Propecia, a tablet taken once daily. Like Rogaine, it only works as long as one continues to take it.
