Your local vitamin store or natural store should provide advice on “natural cures” free of charge. Since they don’t push one product, you will get the best unbiased opinion on what product will work best for your needs.

Your local health food store should also have books. You may also like to just do searches for the specific conditions or remedies that you have an interest in.
Read more than one site on each thing and check it for credibility, who wrote it, where did they get the information? Does more than one site hold the same information?
I was very disapointed in Trudeau’s book for that reason. The entire book is a marketing ploy for his website. I would not have purchased the book if I knew it was going to be like that.
Brooklyn… when I signed up for the website it was free…still is.. here is the link…http://community.naturalcures.com/
p.s. actually I went and looked at naturalcures.com and they do charge a fee.. however, the naturalcures community is free, and it’s been very informative.
