Im drinking a coke right now
@jpkm7992 Try the supplement called “StoneFree”
@JustMeOrMaybeNot I never had a stone myself but have know a few friends who did, not fun. Thanks for viewing.
The last one I had I learned something. I had gone to the ER alone, they couldn’t give me narcotics because I was driving. They started an IV of saline and liquid motrin. It stopped the pain in about 15 minutes. That lasted for about 2 hours. They had given me a script for painkillers. Oral motrin does not work like the IV motrin.
dam i just had mine yesterday man it was the worst pain ever in my lower back woke me up in my sleep .. trust me u never want to go thru this
After hearing this music, I don’t know if I should be looking for Ric Flair or Elvis….
Ugh, Kidney Stones… had to go to the ER twice due to Renal Colic.
View! NOT VIEW!!
just passed mine today day. im 18. and i have never felt like more manly.
Take lots of magnesium, get off calcium carbonate.
This is the first I hear about kidney stones being anything else than calcium, because as far as I knew kidney stones are made due a too high calcium intake, where the kidneys don’t let it all enter the blood, because it’s dangerous, but rather send it off into the urinus, where it deposits into small stones( but as I said, I know know differently *nod*)
@Goulet33 I’ve had 4 stones in the last 20 years, and lemme tell ya, lemon juice does nothing. I drank two whole bottles in one night, and even tried my own lithotripsy–I put Kiss “Destroyer” in my stereo, cranked it up, and hugged a speaker against my groin trying to bust it up using the soundwaves. That didn’t work either. I then seriously considered doing my own surgery. I had no insurance. But I was as desperate as I’ve ever been in my life. Kidneystones are BADASS!
most stones are calcium…about 80%.
1: Cut the Oxates in your diet, leafy green veggies, Ocra, Chocolate, peanuts. etc
2: Hydrate hydrate and then hydrate again..
3: Avoid getting dehydrated in hot weather or working out. Caffine can cause dehydration.
4: Watch your salt intake….salts + oxates = Calcium.
5: hydrate…hydrate…hydrate.
I had two in the tube….passed one….then the second needed to be sonicly blasted. I workout a lot…so now I drink a lot of water. ;_)

@thegreatthylacine56 you smelled them?? rofl
Those look kinda’ neat.
I have discoverd something more painful than childbirth and kidny stones
@helloportland yea and smelly tonsil stones are pretty too. NOT. YUK!! I get those daily.
@flagday45 It’s true. I’m an ex kickboxer and I rather be kicked over and over than have kidney stone attacks anymore. Nobody is such a bad ass that they can ignore kidney stone attacks. Only liars and egomaniacs will pretend it isn’t one of the most painful things on Earth.
@jpkm7992 Avoid too much meat, coffee, tea, peanuts, soy, dairy, chocolate, spinach, and other high oxalate foods that cause kidney stones. That’s a list made by my nutritionist. I only drink distilled water but that’s not something I advise to you because it’s not a requirement. I do it for my own reasons I won’t type here.
@rb5235 holly crap. I was just thinking about that. could certain bottled waters contribute to the formation of a kidney stone???
Had one lodged in ureter 8 weeks.Dr. put stent in that clogged.Rather than do ultrasound accuses me of having low pain threshold doesn’t know kidney is rupturing.4 weeks waiting for lithotripsy, could stand pain no longer.I had doctor in choke hold demanding ultrasound. Results in finding stent clogged. They use huge hypodermic to remove 3 cups pus/infection.Still pass 2-3 a week. When big, I pray for death.
I personally think they’re gorgeous! dude….I can’t wait to lay my little rocks soon so I can see what mine look like!! my pain’s actually surprisingly tolerable…but it is causing constant nausea and a side ache…and occasionally cramping on my abdomen/side/back.
